Introduction to Margi Reeve.

 

 

Since receiving a degree in art history from Wellesley College, Margi Reeve has spent her career in the art and design fields. She directed an art gallery in Boston, managed a cooperative gallery in Provincetown, curated exhibitions at Harvard Graduate School of Design, and moved to Los Angeles in 1990 to start a publications program for SCI-Arc (Southern California Institute of Architecture). Most recently she was Communications Director for Otis College of Art and Design. Her work has been recognized with awards including Frankfurt Book Fair Gold Medal, several AIGA awards, a Webby nomination, and awards from Graphis, PRINT, and Communication Arts magazine as well as the Type Directors Club. She has acted as editorial consultant for the Getty Research Institute, editor at Art New England and contributing writer for the Boston Globe.
