Later, while attending New World School of the Arts, he was hired to assist the fashion photographer Bruce Webber in his campaigns for Abercrombie & Fitch, Vera Wang, and Vanity Fair magazine.

CARL COFIELD was born and raised in Miami and was in the first graduating class of the New World School of the Arts.  He is now a New York-based director, actor and educator.  He is currently the Associate Artistic Director of the Classical Theatre of Harlem.  He directed the award winning world premiere of “One Night In Miami.”
