Poet, writer, author, critic, and educator JEN KARETNICK is the author/co-author of 20 books, including five full-length poetry collections. She is co-founder/co-curator of the not-for-profit organization, SWWIM (Supporting Women Writers in Miami), and co-editor of the daily online literary journal, SWWIM Every Day. Christopher Chisholm Takes on Witty Role in the Actors’ Playhouse Production of “One Man, Two Guvnors”

The London and Broadway hit “One Man, Two Guvnors” marks its Coral Gables debut this season at Actors’ Playhouse.
Directed by David Arisco, the goofy play features a high energy cast including award-winning actor Christopher Chisholm.
Chisholm, whose favorite roles include Psuedolous in A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum and Nick Bottom in A Midsummer Night’s Dream, is maintaining his comedic personas by playing Harry Dangle in this rendition of the Italian play.
His character, the son of a retired mobster, is described by Christine Dolen, theater critic for the Miami Herald, as the “narcissistically artsy son.”
“One Man, Two Guvnors” will run through Feb. 10 at the Actors Playhouse’ at the Miracle Theater, 280 Miracle Mile, Coral Gables.
Performances are at 8 p.m. Wednesday-Saturday and 3 p.m. Sundays with an additional matinee at 2 p.m. on Jan. 30. Tickets range from $30 to $75.
